The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre was opened in June 2005, and is located in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, fondly known as KLCC.

Conceptualised to host global events with international standards including conferences, exhibitions, seminars, meetings and entertainment; the Centre is conveniently placed alongside extensive public transportation and hotels, making the convention center easily accessible.

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre itself is not something worth mentioned as tourist destination, but it holds various exhibitions that often attract thousands of locals.

The main attraction at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is probably the Aquaria KLCC, which consist of an aquarium with a 90m long underwater tunnel, a gigantic Arapiama, touch pool encounter along with the death-defying shark feedings at the Aqua Theatre.

The Petronas Twin Towers Skybridge is a walkway connecting the Petronas Twin Towers in between the 41st and 42nd floor.

It’s a good place to have a panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur City area, and it’s FREE! Visitors however are only allowed to stay for 10 minutes during their visit.

The KLCC Lake Symphony is located just outside of Petronas Twin Towers, or Suria KLCC to be precise; and is part of the KLCC Park.

The lake covers an approximate area of 10,000 square metres, featuring mesmerising fountain displays.

The symphony displays consist of 5 programmes with over 380 individually sequenced effects shooting up to a maximum height of 42 metres. These effects are displayed along the arc and the two rings totalling 80 metres in length.

The Lake Symphony fountains are on from noon till 2pm and 6pm till 11pm on weekdays. For weekends and public holidays, the fountains are on from 10am till midnight.

Petronas Petrosains is an interactive Science Discovery Centre that presents a story of science and technology of the petroleum industry in a fun way.

Petrosains is located on the 4th floor of Suria KLCC, and is globally connected through active participation in professional networks such as the Asia Pacific Network of Science and Technology (ASPAC), Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) and European Collaborative for Science Industry and Technology Exhibitions (ECSITE).

Dewan Filharmonik Petronas is the home for Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, and the country first dedicated classical concert hall.

The concet hall is located at Suria KLCC, and was officially launched by the Patron of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, Datin Seri Dr Siti Hasmah Ali, and her husband Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Aug 17, 1998.
